Is a church called "Saint Jude" a Catholic church?

Most likely.

does orthodox church have devotions to the virgen, saints as catholic church?

for example if there is people who ask for favor to Saint Jude in the Orthodox Church as Catholic do.,. like prayers to Saint jude, to the virgin.. if there are virgins like virgen of guadalupe, virgen of carmen ect...?
could a catholic take the communion with the orthodox church?
are there prayers to saint jude, saint sebastian.. novels..or books for praying them?
put me websites about these orthodox devotions plz?

Yes, we have prayers to the saints. My congregation is dedicated to St. Andrew the First-called, and we sing the prayer to him: "As the first called of the Apostles, and brother of their leader, do you Andrew implore the Master that peace may be given to the world, and to our souls great mercy." We also sing the Ave Maria in private devotions and things.

So, yes, we do have special devotions and prayers to the saints.

No, a Roman Catholic may not take Communion in an Orthodox Church, and our Tradition forbids us from taking Communion in the RCC as well. You must be Orthodox to receive the Holy Gifts.

EDIT:
Seeing your additional information, I have added two websites with very general information on the saints, including the Troparia and Kontakia we sing.

The Troparion to St. Jude:
Divinely we praise you, O Jude, as a faithful witness,
Knowing you to be the brother of Christ.
You trampled on delusion,
And so preserved the faith.
Today as we celebrate your holy memory,
By your intercessions we receive remission of sins.

The Kontakion to St. Jude:
You were chosen as a disciple for your firmness of mind:
An unshakable pillar of the Church of Christ,
You proclaimed His word to the Gentiles,
Telling them to believe in one Godhead.
You were glorified by Him, receiving the grace of healing,
Healing the ills of all who came to you,
O most praised Apostle Jude!

He also has these:
Troparion:
First-enthroned of the apostles,
teachers of the universe:
Entreat the Master of all
to grant peace to the world,
and to our souls great mercy!

Kontakion:
Today Christ the Rock glorifies with highest honor
The rock of Faith and leader of the Apostles,
Together with Paul and the company of the twelve,
Whose memory we celebrate with eagerness of faith,
Giving glory to the one who gave glory to them!

why in the New testament we cannot find books of Saint Peter, Saint Thomas, Saint Jude,or Saint Andrew if they

were witnesses of jesus christ life.. according to this there are only 4 gospels only one it's a witness that's John.. but matthew, luke and mark were selected only because they are similar? what's happened with other writtens of the others apostles..I know there are letters of peter and jude, ect.. but they dont speak nothing about the life of christ... they speak about theology some of them were written by anonymous authors... the gospel of Saint James where is it? why the catholic church selected only those gospels?

Keys,
Some of what you talk about is around so that you can take a look at them. Why not do that? You are allowed! lol

Here is a site that I go to in order to read some things that are not in the Bible. Some of them are actually quite interesting, and others are actually convincing as to why they are not in the Bible. But no one expects you to take their word for it, or at least shouldn't.

Why not see for yourself?
Weigh what you see on the Holy Spirit. Because without His guidance, we can be led into things that are not the truth.

Protestant Christians who believe the Roman Catholic Church was Not founded by St. Peter?

Do you also believe that the Orthodox Church of Alexandria was not founded by Saint Mark?
Do you believe that the Russian Orthodox Church was not founded by St. Andrew?
Do you believe that the Apostolic Orthodox Armenian Church was not founded by St. Bartholomew and St. Jude Thaddeus?
Do you believe that the Orthodox Syrian Church of India was not founded by St. Thomas?
Do you believe that the Orthodox Church of Jerusalem was not founded by St. James the Just?
Have you even heard about these Churches at all?

Jesus is the chief cornerstone. ~Ephesians 2:20~

I strongly believe in Peter's words in Acts 2:38 when he commanded baptism in the name of Jesus.

question about confermation- catholic?

im going to start my confermatin classes in september and dont know what church to do it at. my mom want me to do it at our home church (saints simon and jude) but i dont have a lot of friends there. alot of my catholic friends are doing it at our sister church (saint bonadventure). should i do it with my friends or at our church? -thanks

You should do it at your own church so that you're not influenced by peer-pressure and you can make up your own mind about what to believe. I'm not saying they'll pressure you into anything bad, but if you do it on your own you can develop your own beliefs before getting into discussions with them.
I know this doesn't specifically apply to confirmation classes, but that is probably where you'll grow more than you have in the past few years because some one will be specifically guiding you through it.

    Homily - September 6, 2009 | bSt/b. bJude Catholic Church/b

After reading: Is 35:4-7; Ps 146; James 2:1-5; Mk 7:31-37

"If a man with gold rings and fine clothes comes into your assembly" do we treat him differently? And if a poor person in shabby clothes also comes in do we make distinctions among ourselves?

Are we blinded by the appearance and fail to see the goodness of humanity? Are we deaf to the silent cries of those in need because we don't recognize that common prayer we share of asking God's help in all our lives? Or because our own desires shout down the needs of those around us? Are we mute when it comes to speaking the truth? Does fear freeze our tongues so that we can't speak on behalf of those who have no voice?

The letter of James warns us not to judge by human standards. A person's worth is not determined by the clothes they wear, or the amount of money they have, but by the amount of love God has offered them. And God has offered each of us an equal share of His love. We can't segregate based on race, or nationality, or social class when God invites all people to be His children and to be heirs of the kingdom.
