My friend is a catholic who is married to a Jewish person, I'm sick of sending her a card and she never sends me any her excuse is that her husband is Jewish, is this correct.
i think maybe for her you might just want to send her a happy holidays card instead of a christmas card...she may celebrate Hanukkah with her husband and she might feel like you don't respect that aspect of her life...it doesn't matter if she's catholic...good luck

A woman walks into the Post Office to buy stamps for her Christmas cards.
"What denomination?" asks the clerk.
"Oh, good heavens! Have we come to this?" said the woman. "Well, give me 50 Baptist and 50 Catholic and one Methodist."
When the clerk asks what denomination he means what price stamps, as they can come in different values depending on the type of letter or weight of the parcel. The woman misunderstands and thinks he is asking her what branch of Christianity are the recipients of the cards. It is a play on words of two definitions of the word denomination.

Now you know who some of these kids are; I just want to share some memories with you. Helen Lenz was my idol! She lived next to the school, and I went over to her house for baton and ballet lessons. I envied her long curls and shiny nails. I found out one day at her house they had clear nail polish on them. She put some on me as well. I was scheduled the second half of the year for morning kindergarten as before. I wanted to be with Helen, so I told my mom I was in afternoon, and when I got there the first day I started bawling and said I wanted to be with Helen. Teacher let me stay. :) Then my neighbor, Anita Eisema got mad at me because we no longer could play in the afternoons together. :( Helen was Catholic and the next year went to St. Mary's Catholic school, and I never saw her again....
