I've been dating a Catholic girl now for a while who is very religious, but she won't tell me the Church's view on relationships. Because she's so religious, I want to respect both her and the Church's views on dating, mainly limits. I already know sex is out of the question, let alone past my limits. Any input would be appreciated.
The Church's view on teen dating is built on the Church's view of marriage.
I don't know of any official guidelines, if that is what you are looking for. The Catholic Church sees dating as a precursor to marriage and therefore, the rules of respect and chastity apply. This girl you like and want to date needs to be viewed as a possible lifelong partner. This doesn't mean you need to decide that now, only that you need to treat her with the respect due your future wife and be the kind of man that she can see as her future husband.
It's admirable that you care enough to respect her and her faith. That says a lot about the kind of young man you are.
To understand how the Church views dating it might help to understand how the Church views marriage.

I just started dating a great guy who is catholic. He has already told me he doesn't believe in premarital sex (fine by me!) but what else is he allowed to do? wheather its catholic or hard core christian they dont mind dating but everything on youre list after kissing is considered a sin. and even that can be bad to some people. my grandma was protostant i had my bf at the time at her house for one of our family get to together things, well id been dating him for 6 months so far and she knew that and she wasnt senile. and just because i kissed him once when i thought no one was looking cuz he said somethng sweet and then hugged him and sat next to him most of the day holding his hand she wrote me a letter and called me a whore. and my cousins are hard core son or the baptist born again something or other christians and theyre all close to my age (18) one of which is only a month younger than me and none of them has ever even had a date or a first kiss. the one my age graduated without going to prom because her parents had her home schooled to keep her away from boys same with her younger sister and brother. they arent allowed to date untill they leave the house

Denmark#39;s Catholic Church to investigate abuse cases dating back ...
COPENHAGEN, Denmark - Denmark's Catholic Church will launch an investigation next week into claims of clerical abuse dating back several decades, a spokesman said Wednesday.
The move comes after the church came under pressure from media and human rights groups to revisit allegations of sexual abuse that had not been reported to police.
Claims that priests sexually abused children at Catholic institutions have swept across Europe, including in the small Catholic communities in the Nordic countries, which are predominantly Lutheran.
Denmark's Catholic Bishop Czeslaw Kozon was strongly criticized earlier this month after telling a Danish newspaper that the church was under no legal obligation to report suspected cases of abuse to the police.
"We have listened to our critics and next week this working group will start investigating these old sexual abuse cases," church spokesman Niels Engelbrecht told The Associated Press. "The trouble is many of the cases are 30 or 40 years old, and many of those priests accused are now dead."

Members of these sites allege that the matches they received on the site were fake. In some cases, the same “matches” and photographs were being sent to different people, with the geographical information being changed to reflect their preferences. Over 100 complaints were filed from California to New York. With an estimated 10,000 member database, police are now looking for other potential victims. Turner was arrested while trying to cross the US/Canadian border and is now being held at a Seattle Jail.
