Thankyou
It depends on what you consider to be 'best'. In the absence of your definition of 'best', you can select by reputation generally. In this case the top universities generally are, but not in any specific order:
University of Queensland
Monash University
University of Western Australia
followed by the rest in your list.
You need to compare the course content of each and then determine which courses are of greatest value to you.
Hope this helps.

Qld Catholic teachers to meet employers next week - CathNews
The union representing Queensland's Catholic school teachers will meet with employers next week in the hope of receiving a revised pay offer.
Hundreds of teachers rallied in Brisbane yesterday in an effort to have their salaries raised to the same level as other states, the ABC reported.
Terry Burke, from the Queensland Independent Education Union, said the offer of an 8 per cent increase over two years was not good enough. "The offer that has been tabled does have increases in it, one can't deny that," he said.
"However there is a lack of recognition of the experienced teacher which is comparable again to what happens in interstate Catholic schools and also in terms of Queensland non-government schools."
...Qld Catholic teachers#39; union to meet employers - CathNews
The Queensland Independent Education Union will today meet with employing authorities from 23 schools across the state to negotiate better wages for experienced teachers.
More than 1000 teachers from 43 of the state's 288 Catholic schools stopped work last Wednesday over the pay deal, and have withdrawn from co-curricular activities indefinitely in protest, said an AAP report in the Sydney Morning Herald.
The union wants experienced teachers to be eligible for an $84,800 salary, but their employers are only offering $83,800 after 14 years of teaching.
"We're looking for an alternative offer that would recognise the contribution of experienced teachers and in particular access to a higher classification point and earlier access to a leading teacher allowance," union secretary Terry Burke told AAP.
