catholic games

Hi just wondering in online medeivel games there are holy mages (clerics) and the wizard tells you to have religious strength and religious power. Is that in any way sacrilegious or satanic according to the catholic religion? I'd appreciate a quote, or a reason why, thanks!

To try to practice magic or witchcraft in real life would be a sin, yes. However, reading books about it or playing video games with witches and wizards in them is not. However, if playing games about that stuff, or reading about it, tempts you to go and try it in real life, then it ought to be avoided, as it could be considered a near occasion to sin.

About how much do they get paid?

This one does
in his spare time (whenever that comes)(what a laugh!)
I also play synthesizer for a hobby and listen to anything (mostly non-commercial music (like avant-garde and experimental classical).

Salary is 16,000/yr before I pay taxes & Soc Security.
I rent a room, pay utilities, insurance, car, food, gym membership, cigarettes.
I have a 14 yr old Honda and feel great trying to live a simple life-style

was cheating nearly every time. It was putting and the children seated near the hole to putt in were blocking the opening of the hole from underneath with plastic bags or with a hat. This was in Southern Ohio, Cincinnati, at St. Al's festival in Cheviot,or Western Hills. I wonder what/where I should have said something about this. I tried telling other people as they could see for themselves, but there was beer, wine at the festival,so. Advice...

Bea use the church is corrupt, and did not want to have to give out prizes to the winners, because that would cost them money. So they told the children to do something dishonest. Which they will say was justified since it benefited the church.

after san audreas my parents were less than happy to purchase any more M rated games, problem is, is that most of the high rated games are rated M. on a catholic or christian view point what are some good games to buy? that games i'm interesrted in: call of dudy 4; assassins creed; rainbow six vegas; devil may cry 3; f.e.a.r.; unreal turnoment 3. those should give you an idea on what kind of games i'm into

Well I'm Catholic but I've been in a hiatus...I know a Catholic family might approve of Call of Duty 4 and Rainbow Six Vegas. The other ones aren't too good from a Catholic standpoint, especially since Assassin's Creed is game that shows the Knights Templar as the main enemy.
