i've been in a lot of catholic shurces recently (fro school, my bros wedding, retreat, etc.) and all the times i seen Jesus he's a white man...y is that?

As we know from early Christian writings, the Apostle Luke the Evangelist personally knew the Virgin Mary and based several chapters of His Gospel on Her recollections. He even quoted Her exact words several times. He was a physician and an artist, and because of his affection for Her, he painted Her portrait, from which later icon painters made copies.

Many Protestant are jealous because they realise they do not have legitimacy.They did not have the authority founded by Jesus Christ.In order to prove their point they have a total disregard for Apostolic Sucession neccesary for all clergy even Kardinals or Popes in order to begin their Apostolic work
They destroy the Holy Mass and reduce the Holy Eucharist to a mere memorial view of the Holy Eucharist which we know ist the True Flesh and Blood of our Lord God Jesus Christ

They are those Christains who rejected what Jesus said in the Gospel of JOhn and left him
Roman Catholics are those who have been at the foot of the Cross and followed what Jesus said
Protestants are those who just hear the account of what Jesus said but do not obey
For Jesus says in the Gospel of Mark How happy who hear the word of God and obey it

Everyone says that the Catholic Church was formed by Jesus. Where does it say this? I'm not saying it's not true, I just wanted to make sure I heard correct.

It wasn't. Jesus never went to Rome. The catholic church was founded in Rome 300 years after Jesus died. It was founded on it's own interpretations of Jesus's teachings.

I was wondering if Jesus was to come to earth now, how would he react to all the Christian religious practices, especially the rituals practiced by the Catholics?

Jesus will be surprised that 30,000 denominations were built from his original church i.e. the Catholic church.

He doesn't have to come down to earth though. He can witness everything from up there.

the first leader of the catholic church.

For Roman Catholics, it is Peter. There's a passage in the Bible which tell that Jesus said to Peter that it is upon this rock that the church was built. (Don't know the passage, sorry). RC claimed that this rock is Peter. Hence they said that Peter is the first Pope. The first head of the Church after Jesus died. However, most historians agree that there is no definite "first leader" of the church since early Christian congregations are independent from each other. Eventually, the Clergy and Laity distinctions arose and some Clergymen were able to put their fame more than the fame of others. In the end, it is the head clergy of Rome, or the bishop of Rome which outlasted all other clergymen. He then became the first Pope as accepted by historians.

(I've read it a long time ago. Sorry, I can't remember the names and dates. Just do some research on your own.)
