O Romeo, Romeo! Wherefore art thou Romeo?

Could anyone who is Catholic please tell me (preferably in detail) what it is to 'be' Catholic. What happens at Church, prays you might say, stories you were told. Anything at all please, i don't want to be writing about a religion and not do it justice.

-political life
-social life
-intellectual life ( i.e, education etc.)

you can get a lot of your answers by reading the book of Acts in the Bible. I would also suggest the Didache which is a contemporary writing to the Gospels. The writings of the ante Nicene fathers is another good source. God bless!

Also marriage or entering the priesthood/convent/monastery, and last rights (administered right before death). There are 7 sacraments, and most of those are milestones in life, except for confession.
