Short answer: yes.
It really depends on his level of commitment and how religious he is. My boyfriend is Catholic (so am I), and he grew up in a militant Catholic Household. BUT, he isn't very religious and after a few dates, we kissed, which eventually moved on to making out and fooling around which eventually became all out sex.
If he is extremely Catholic and wants to wait for marriage, he probably will be less likely to have sex. But, in truth, those guys are few and far between.
Don't be in such a rush to have sex though. Appreciate him taking things slow, and savor it. Guys like that are rare and he must really like you. Once you reach the next level, it changes things (for better or worse depending on the relationship) and you can never go back to those early days when everything was new and exciting.
Relationships get better with age, but it takes time to get to know someone. The better you know them, the better and more meaningful the sex will be.

I know what the Knights are and approve of them; they're generally a good bunch of guys doing good work. My question, however, is why aren't women allowed to join? Is there a similar organization for them? If there is, then that's information I would be interested in.

More than a thousand men gathered at the second annual Rocky Mountain Catholic Men’s Conference in Colorado Springs last weekend. Springs Bishop Michael Sheridan co-hosted the event with Denver Archbishop Charles Chaput.
The conference kicked off with a “laugh-filled” session on the differences between men and women. That session was followed by a presentation on the bioethics of “beginning of life issues” presented by Fr. Tad Pacholczyk from Massachusetts. Reproductive technologies are bad, he said, because they “contradict the beauty of procreation through the union of husband and wife as professed by the Catholic Church.”
Dennis Murphy, a Colorado Springs-based licensed counselor and theology teacher at St. Mary’s High School, opened the morning with a laughter-filled presentation on differences in how God created men and women. Behind the humor, however, was a serious message—challenging men in all vocations to regularly study the Scriptures and to take seriously St. Paul’s call in Ephesians 5 for men to serve their wives as Christ served the Church—ultimately giving his life for her.

A mix of social hour, prayer service and counseling session, the meetings — the basis of the Catholic Men’s Fellowship — energize men to share their own relationship with Christ while bolstering their relationships with the people in their lives. They share their feelings and personal experiences, both good and bad. There are no women and the discussions are kept within the group. Other speakers this year included lay pastoral minister Jim Gruden and Marianist Father Kenneth Sommer. Past conference speakers have included football coaches Lou Holtz, Brian Kelly and Steve Specht, Archbishop of Baltimore Edwin O’Brien, U.S. Navy Admiral Jeremiah Denton and Father Mark Burger, pastor of St. John Parish in West Chester.
