I am looking for software for a small Catholic grade school. We need to be able to enter the students into a database, and keep track of whether the parents have paid their monthly tuition and before/after school care bills.
We would REALLY like if it could record (and credit $5 to) families when they volunteer for lunch duty. And also, if it could keep track of fundraising efforts (we credit the families for that, also).
Of course, we would also like to be able to generate monthly statements to the parents.
(And, of course, we'd like it to not be TOO expensive)

Have you talked with your diocesan office of Catholic Schools?
Your diocese might have an existing contract with a software company that you can join.
Or they should have suggestions of good and bad options.

I have the e-sword software but they only do the Douay Rheims.

Go to the E-sword user group for additional add ons. There are all kinds of Catholic add ons there . You can also get the Haydock Bible commentary for the Douay- Rheims as an add on the the e-sword.
