lake catholic high school

I want to go to lake catholic high school and the man i just asked for a job to pay for school giving me $12 an hour. He told me last minut that he has hired someone elce even though he already had promised me the job. Im 15 years old and have fully signed up to go to This private school and am short $3,000 to pay for school. what can i do now to pay for school. my parents dont speak english and my mom cant work. Im a straight A student and dont know what to do. My futer was right in front of me and now its disapering. any help.

If you have really good grades you should apply for private school scholarships. This website seems to have some useful resources:

You might also be able to take out some loans with your parents for school if that is possible. People take out loans for college, but I'm not certain about high school. Does the school have any financial aid resources or counseling?

I'm 16 years old and I go to a catholic high school. I have to wear uniforms, and the winter uniform includes the winter sweater. However, we are allowed to take it off in classes. anyway... the sweater is really big (unisex sweaters!) and my school is really hot, so sometimes in the cafeteria I take it off. well, the vice principal got really mad and told me to put it back on. I said I was really hot and he told me to touch is hand so he could feel my body heat. that made me really uncomfortable so I said no, and he told me to go to the office when I finished my lunch. Anyway, I totally forgot to go to the office. Time goes by really fast and I have a bad memory!!! A week later I didn't have my sweater with me because I left it in the washing machine by mistake. He started yelling at me in front of my friends and told me to go down to the office after lunch. again, i completely forgot :( the next day I got called down to the office and said that i was suspended! he started asking me uncomfortable questions like if I have a learning disability, then he asked easy questions like what's the capital of canada and what are the great lakes. I was so nervous that I didn't know what the answers were. My mom had to go to the school and she tried to convince the vp that I should not be suspended, maybe I should just have a detention. My mom said that he called me a rebellious deviant and he asked if I had a learning disorder. The secretary and my teacher told me that I shouldn't of been suspended, because what I did was not that wrong, and I'm not a deviant at all. My problem is that when I miss school, I fall behind. I have chemistry and math this semester and if I miss a day I'm in big trouble. My mom said that you can appeal the suspension, meaning that you can call and say that it was wrong, even though I was still suspended. So anyway... sorry that this is so long. But was I right to get suspended? should my mom call? thanks. I'm just upset because it's now on my school record!

You had a series of screw-ups. You "forgot" to do things that you did not want to do and set yourself up for the suspension.

What you need to do is learn a lesson from this:

1) If you are supposed to be wearing a sweater - put it on even if you are not comfortable.

2) If somebody catches you and tells you to put the sweater on - don't argue, just put it on.

3) If you are already in trouble don't 'forget' to do what that person told you to do.

ok. so im a cheerleader. 14yrs old and sick of my look. im so bland! i have been getting highlights in my hair so im happy w. my hair but i need a way to make myself more noticeable. i go to catholic high school so clothes r not an issue. but that is why i need to change my look. evryone looks the same!
i wear mascara and eye liner. but thts about it. any tips as to what i could do? here s a pic of me 2 get and idea:

oh andi have massivelybad arm hair! can i use nair on it? im not allergic to it cuz i use nair on my legs sometimes and i have it at my house.. but it is so bad! think and dark brown! im NOT gonna shave it. my friend tried and....yeahh. so please help me!tell me what i can doto change my overall look : )

Awww, you are so pretty (: Well, I think that since you have fair skin, I wouldn't go to dark on the hair, but it looks like you have brown eyes, so I would suggest a couple things.

I'm a sophomore in high school and will be moving the summer before my junior year. Can someone tell me what high schools there are (preferably Catholic ones), what people in the town do for fun, the lakes, any good neighborhoods to live in, etc... Basically some information on Muskegon, MI. Thank you so much : )

Michigan is wonderful, in spring, fall and summer. Winter is beautiful for a few days but it gets old fast.

I dont know anything about the schools there but I do know Youll be close enough to Lk Michigan. Which is far better then the ocean. It just like the ocean but without the stinkyness of the salt, or the disgusting taste.

And There is an amusement park with a great waterworld type area. You could get a job there in the summer, which would be a blast.
