age limit for Dufferin-Peel Catholic School Board students? (secondary school)?

what is the maximum age that a student can be in order to enroll for a semester?

The school board carries both elementary and secondary aged students, therefore, 18 is the age most students are Seniors. By exception, the age could be extended, but you should contact the board directly. Also, each "school" has its own guidance.

For more information about admissions and requirements, please contact our Admissions Department at 905-890-0708 ext. 24500.

Teaching Interview....DPCDSB?

I have an interview for a teaching position with the Dufferin-Peel Catholic District School Board. Has anyone had any experience interviewing with this board? Or do you have any sample questions that I could practice with. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

When I interviewed, they asked me to look back on my experiences either in my intern experiences or my first year and reflect upon a moment that really effected me as a teacher.

They asked about how I would handle discipline in my classroom, they may ask how you feel about parental involvement and how you plan to keep your parents informed. They asked me questions about curriculum and my feelings about certain aspects. Good luck!

Imagine the difference we could make for students if the funding gap began to close. Let’s say, for example, that we received another $200 per student — that would be more than $28 million in new funding for schools. I know what parents would want us to do with that money, in terms of text books and classroom computers, but there are so many organizational needs, from ESL to special education to resource staff.
