Why don't most Christian protestants (like me) prefer to use labyrinths (which started with Roman Catholicism)? Why do some claim there is paganism behind labyrinths? What is the history of labyrinths?
There's only one Labarynth I know of here in Pittsburgh, and it's in a Presbyterian church.

The church sort of moved into the gap left by the Roman Empire. It was, or tried to be, a Universal (that's what Catholic means) institution.
I'm not real sure of your dates, so I'll include a link to an essay on Church History from the New Advent Catholic Encyclopedia. It's a good source generally on Church movements, people and dogma. The first part of the essay is more about the study of Church History, scroll down a ways to find dates and names associated with the three periods in Church History this article describes.

Looking for books discussing the impact of WWII on the Roman Catholic church in Europe. Especially interested in the experiences of monks, monasteries and cloistered nuns during the war.
Michael Burleigh's book "Sacred Causes" (http://www.librarything.com/work/2033721 /book/20613602) discusses the relationship between the Church and states in Europe during this period. It covers a period longer than WW2 but is readable, accurate and has plenty references and a good bibliography.
When they were the ones who prosecuted Jews and Jesus, etc, etc?
because Constantine legalized it in Rome and Theodosius (idk if i spelled it right) made it the official religion of Rome

A Brief History of Coins amp; Coin Collecting | Antique Roman Coins
Coin collecting is seen as among the most popular hobbies today. An individual can start collecting coins anytime and any day. You may begin by collecting the coins you have in your pocket, or in your piggy bank. The hobby starts to get more interesting, and sometimes more costly, when a collector is willing to cough up a considerable amount of cash for a particular coin, like a vintage or turn-of-the-century variant. Many veteran Coin collectors buy expensive coins to shore up the value of their repository.
At present, the art of coin collecting has fascinated millions of people all over the world. Most of the famous museums in the planet showcase collections of rare and valuable coins. In the United States, the Smithsonian Museum in Washington D. C. and the American Numismatic Society in New York City feature an impressive collection of ancient and vintage coins. These institutions also offer valuable information and education regarding the art of collecting coins .
...Southern History Month 2010 « Deo Vindice
Happy Southern History Month 2010! I’ll be on vacation 3-10 April, so this won’t be a daily deed to post. Working in England for the month of March has given me a lot of history to chew on. I’m more certain than ever that the South will save American Civilization - and Western Civilization. Over the past year I got emails from folks in Denmark and Germany who gathered the same from my earlier writing – and reached the same conclusion.
It’s because “Culture Commands.”
The Southern culture that has evolved from the Tidewater, Cavalier, Anglican culture and the Frontier, Scot-Irish, Presbyterian (Calvinist) culture is the one culture in the West with the right mix of martial spirit, technology, organization, wealth, confidence and religious underpinning – Evangelical Bible-based Protestantism – to take on Liberal/Progressive/Socialist Human Secularists and Islam – and win. (Note: the religious underpinning is, by definition, tolerant of sects so it includes the Roman Catholic, Eastern Orthdox, Jewish and atheist Libertarians who are part of the saving armies of good men and women. So, all are included but the ideas that matter can be named – and have a genealogy.)
