I'm a 12 year old girl who lives in the USA, and is Catholic, but not really that religious. I just go to church on holidays. And I like sweet little children's rhymes that are old like the Mother Goese Rhymes.
It should be personal. Just talk to God like He's your friend. Tell Him the things your sorry for, praise Him for the beauty, you saw during the day, tell Him what's bugging you. End with praise so you go to sleep peaceful.
I'm making a memory book for my best friend (we before kindergarten) (now we're almost 40!!) since her child died during delivery the only pictue available is that of him passed away. Well instead I was thinking a short psalm/prayer to represent this child's (she had named him Jack) brief moment in our lives would be suitable, or maybe someone has a better idea or suggestion?
