Marketing and Customer Service
SPAM is defined as un-solicited commercial e-mail. So if you emailed this, even if only to one person, it is spam.
However, it looks like a decent offer for a quality product, so you need only to re-structure your approach slightly. You could:
- rent or buy a mailing list of church supply companies and send a nice photo postcard with your text above, so they can see it and read about it. Approx total cost less than USD$1.00 per card sent.
- find another company that sells to the same customers (who does not compete with you) and ask them to introduce you via an email or inclusion in their catalog. This of course will cost you a fee or perhaps % of sales, to be negotiated.
- find a magazine or trade association of church suppliers and place a small advertisement with a slightly edited version of this text, and a picture. Offer a free sample if they contact you, via web, email, phone or fax.
Good luck!

Does anyone have any easy and low cost recipes I can make for a family of 7?
It's awfully sweet of you to do this.
Anything that can be refrigerated or frozen is a good bet: chili, soups, pasta dishes, waffles, meatballs, ribs, Mexican foods or fried chicken. As long as they don't have any dietary restrictions, anything goes.
Hearty Potato Soup
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced (or diced)
2 carrots, diced
6 celery stalks, diced
2 quarts water
1 onion, chopped
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
6 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 ½ cups milk
In large pot, cook potatoes, carrots and celery in water until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain, reserving liquid and setting vegetables aside. In the same pot, sauté onion in butter until soft. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Gently stir in cooked vegetables. Add 1 cup or more of reserved cooking liquid until soup is desired consistency.
Yield: 8 – 10 servings or about 1 ½ quarts
------------
Creamy Chicken Enchiladas
2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
1 cup chopped green or red pepper
1 8oz jar Pace picante sauce, divided use
1 8oz package Philadelphia Brand cream cheese, cubed
8 flour tortillas (6 inch)
¾ LB Velveeta Process Cheese spread or Velveeta Light, cubed
¼ cup milk
Stir chicken, green pepper, ½ cup picante sauce and cream cheese in saucepan over low heat until smooth. Spoon 1/3 cup chicken mixture onto each tortilla; roll up. Place, seam side down, in lightly greased 8 x 13 baking dish.
Stir cheese spread and milk in saucepan over low heat until smooth.
Pour sauce over tortillas; cover with foil.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Pour remaining picante sauce over tortillas.
Makes 4 to 6 servings (increase everything to feed 7 people)
----------
Pasta Shells Florentine
1 package (10 ounces) frozen chopped spinach,
thawed, and well drained
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 cup cottage cheese
1 egg (or just 1 egg white)
1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
(don’t skip this – it really improves the taste)
16 Jumbo pasta shells (for filling)
cooked and drained
1 Jar (32 ounces) spaghetti sauce
Heat oven to 375F. Mix spinach, mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, egg, (or egg white) Parmesan cheese and nutmeg until well blended. Fill each shell with a heaping Tablespoon of spinach mixture. Place in a 9 x 12 baking dish that has been sprayed with release spray (Pam). Spoon sauce over the filled shells. Cover with foil.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Makes 4 servings (again, increase everything to feed 7)
I know what I want to buy, except for the little girls, but part of me is thinking that I need professional Advice.
Out fitting an entire Dance Ministry?
Think shopping materials, patterns and asking the question: How many of you girls have sewing machines and experience to match.
Hire some one to cut the fabric and away you go.
By nature sewing is a social event, everyone gets input in relation to the pattern and no one can suggest that you were not frugal with the church money. Definitely error on the side of caution on this one and schedule everything well in advance.
I would not suggest on line purchase, you really need to get some other members involved because you should not put yourself at risk of becoming responsible for where the monies are being spent and the choice of the finial purchase.
Good Luck

Sorry for confrontational question. Would it be possible to make Free Trade into a Monetary Religion and make use of Separation of state and Church for Free Trade like other Churches. Proviso like others free to do what they wish as long as no harm befalls people in the doing
Free Trade an markett deregulation is like religious belief or is a belief in markett forces .could all the proponents of it be asked if they would like a Church to practice it in. Take all the economic books and theories and place them in a church designed for Free Trade. Could instead of being backed up by U.S. military could Free Trader advocates become like Jehovah's Witnesses knocking on doors their ideas considered in same light as religion to some. a monetary atheism
Would it be allright to make Free Trade an official religion and then use separation of state and church in The U.S.A. to prevent politicians who are advocates of it from misusing their power
I'm not sure I understand the question...could you provide an example of how this would work?
