cross charm pendant

I was given my grandmothers silver colored cross after she was killed in a car accident when I was 15. I was very close to her and now that I am getting married, I would like this pendant restored so I can use it as bouquet charm when I get married. Then pass it down to my one day daughter. It's missing almost all of the glass gems (6 rectangle and 5 round clear pieces of cut glass/crystal). It has the Lord's Prayer written in the center inbetween the glass - you can read it when you hold it up to a light - but that is even hard to read now, but it may just be dirty. The thin silver chain was lost years ago - I was a rough with my jewelry as a kid.

Can I just bring it in to any jewelers? I don't think it's real silver, but it has great personal value to me.

yes most jewelers will be able to restore it but you might want to take it to a specialist just for your piece of mind in knowing it is in careful hands. md jewelery repair is great but you didnt say where you are from so im not sure if there is one near you. you can search google for local jewelry repair specialists in your area.

I'm watching What Not to Wear...Re-Do My Spouse. The wife is wearing a necklace that I would love to find. Its a Tiffany type charm pendant necklace with a kind of cross pendant. Its not a true cross, but more of a plus sign shape +. Has anyone seen this anywhere or know where I could look for it? Ive googled the h*ll out of it and I cant find anything like it.
Im was watching it in the eastern time zone.

I asked a girl who was wearing something similar if what she had on was Tiffany's and she said it was Ralph Lauren. That might help.

My friend had this necklace which had that black shiny (Nylon?) "string", and the charm was shaped kinda like a rhombus, it was bronze/gold colored, and it was I'd say about 8-10 little crosses that overlapped each other. The best way I can describe it is that it kind of resembled the pattern of Chex cereal, except that it was really the crosses making this pattern. I myself am not Catholic and don't know much about it's symbolisms or anything really, but I was wondering if there was perchance a name for this pattern? See, my friend lost this necklace and it was very important to him, and I'd like to try and see about getting another one for him, but seeing as I don't know what to call it, I don't know what to ask around for.

It might be a Jerusalem Cross, but that has only five crosses; one large cross, and four small (one in each corner).
