You can fill the heart with small charms, like birth stones, etc...

I found one at a hospital gift shop and can't find it anywhere else...

Is this what you mean? This is the only one with that name I could find. There are lots you can fill, but with a picture not charms. Sorry, maybe you could call that gift shop and ask where they found it.

It's called a toggle bracelt, If it isn't extremely loose on your wrist it will definetly stay on. Tiffany is famous for them.
The bar portion of the clasp is simply pushed through the larger circular toggle and stays in place until pushed back through.

I have a bracelet that was given to me. It is a silver linked bracelet with a heart charm and a little charm tag that has a small logo on it. It is of a crown on top with the letters PD I believe with a wreath looking thing below that. Does anyone know which designer makes this?

The letter PD is not related with any designer. It just tells that the material is of Platnum. It is hard to find the original designer, but it truly a beatuiful bracelet on your wrist

I know there are some really expensive ones out there and some that don't look so good. I imagined the bracelet the moment I read it from 'Eclipse'. The wolf charm had to be small, but detailed, and wooden. The diamond heart charm had to be the right size and be as real looking as possible. Well, after hours of searching on how to make mine, I found the right items! You just have to do a little more work for the wolf charm to fit the profile, but it looks fabulous, people where wonder where you got it. The wolf charm actually started out as an earring from http://www.seediccm.org/store_kenya.htm (a zebra at that) but with stain and a little carving and detail, its perfect. (Patience is the key). The heart charm was easy. I remember in the book Bella saying after she found out it was a diamond that it could have easily been 5 carats. I researched what the size of that sort of diamond would be and found the perfect one on charmfactory.com. The bracelet is a dainty, sterling silver one I found on sears.com for $20. All in all, the bracelet cost a little over $30 total, but I am so proud of it and think it does the one in the book justice. Any questions, just ask! Have fun :)
