I hand carved a teeny tiny wolf and found this prismatic diamond heart charm and put it on a sterling silver bracelet.... I was just wondering what everyone thinks? Is it how YOU pictured the bracelet? It's hard to know if people read the book and envisioned the bracelet the same... ya know? :)
so what do you think? would you buy it if it was on ebay?

So I'm in 8th grade, and I've known my girlfriend since 7th grade. We were in one of the same classes. This year we found out we liked each other, and we've been out to movies a few times. I feel like I love her, but my head just keeps giving me doubts. e.g. Before Winter break I got her an ornament for her tree... And I didn't see her open it, but at the end of the day it looked like the bag had been opened, since the paper on top wasn't closed anymore. I never heard about the ornament, whether she liked it or not. Then when I saw her on Christmas Eve, I gave her this charm bracelet (sterling silver). She looked at it, and I thought I saw her eyes light up. She hugged me before the movie started. (I got up the courage to put my arm around her during the movie. She was fine with it). Now that we're back in school, she didn't wear the bracelet. I know that seems really small, and I thought it was small. (continued in More details)
Maybe she didn't want it to get damaged or something. But she never commented on the bracelet after I gave it to her. idk why tho. but onto my head not agreeing with my heart. i think we would be better off friends, because I feel like we act more like friends. maybe i'm just confused about what being a boyfriend and girlfriend really is. help!????

sorry bout going on and on bout the presents. wasnt supposed to be the major part, but it seems like she would wear it. but WHY IN THE WORLD do i like her so much, and when I know she likes me, and her friends know we like each other, and everyone at school knows we've been out to the movies, and we actually call each other our boyfriend and girlfriend, do I think we're not supposed to be boyfriend and girlfriend!?!?!? cuz i know were gonna end up friends, everyone who dates when theyre young and they dont break up on bad terms always does, but if ur never gonna have a girlfriend "forever", then whats the point of having one!? @ my age i know that if u go out with someone for a while its not like ur gonna get married, but then what the hell is the point??? its like why would u want someone to be temporary if u love them!? and why does life have to suck so tremendously??? and if we do break up and stay friends, how will i go out with another girl??? would that EVER work???? ACK!!!!!!

You are just at that age where everything is confusing when it comes to girlfriends. You are just learning how to communicate, girls too, so we send the wrong messages at the wrong times during this stage. If you have the courage, ask her about the present. You just need to open up and share your feelings, and I know this is a scary thought when you are just starting off, but to get through the next 80 years you have to communicate, especially with us ladies, we need that to figure things out.

I know there are some really expensive ones out there and some that don't look so good. I imagined the bracelet the moment I read it from 'Eclipse'. The wolf charm had to be small, but detailed, and wooden. The diamond heart charm had to be the right size and be as real looking as possible. Well, after hours of searching on how to make mine, I found the right items! You just have to do a little more work for the wolf charm to fit the profile, but it looks fabulous, people where wonder where you got it. The wolf charm actually started out as an earring from http://www.seediccm.org/store_kenya.htm (a zebra at that) but with stain and a little carving and detail, its perfect. (Patience is the key). The heart charm was easy. I remember in the book Bella saying after she found out it was a diamond that it could have easily been 5 carats. I researched what the size of that sort of diamond would be and found the perfect one on charmfactory.com. The bracelet is a dainty, sterling silver one I found on sears.com for $20. All in all, the bracelet cost a little over $30 total, but I am so proud of it and think it does the one in the book justice. Any questions, just ask! Have fun :)
