Is it wrong if a muslim wears a piece of jewellery like a necklace or something, just as fashion?

Yes, it's wrong. First off we don't believe in the crucification so there isn't much meaning of it for you. Second of all, muslims are supposed to dress differently and distinctly from non-muslims, so crosses are a big no-no. Also, it's kind of false advertising don't you think? People definitely will think you're christian, so what's the point? Wear ISLAM proud! Might i suggest getting a crescent and star necklace, as it actually represents you?

They stand for faith, hope, and love. The cross is the traditional Christian symbol and stands for faith, and the heart stands for love. The anchor stands for hope, because when a ship travels, it always has an anchor with it, since it is believed that there will always be a place that the ship can put that anchor. I think the faith, hope, and love thing comes from a bible verse, though I'm not sure which one. Somebody else will probably tell you.

I was never a very religious person until lately. I have had a lot of problems and in the past and my faith is really the only thing that has gotten me thru. I really want a tattoo of a cross somewhere on my body. Cross jewelry has been sort of like a safety blanket lately and I really want something that will stay with me.
