Is it proper for a str8 man to wear a gold necklace on the outside of a turtleneck shirt with an outside shirt also? Please be serious!

Sure, try variations of the colors of both the turtleneck and the outside shirt! Iwould try black polo, brown or red layering shirt or jacket...looks great... it's fashion braddah... you get to make that decision for yourself... also experiment with the size and design of the Gold chain to complement body size and clothing styles! etc.... have fun with it and do not let amateurs change your mind!
