Of course you could make it :)
It would actually be a pretty easy pattern to do-- and if you are worried about it, you could always go to your local sewing shop and ask for help! The ladies in my town are always more than willing to step up to the plate, and they could also probably help you find the right pattern-- or help you customize a regular pattern!
As for in stores, the only lace up shirts I have seen are very feminine. But then, I don't often shop in the men's department.

I somehow managed to lose my neck string for my authentic San Jose Sharks third jersey. They couldn't tell me how to get a replacement at the store but they let me measure one and it's like a 20" shoe lace.

Awkward situation. Try going to garage sales and find a pair of baby sneakers and use the shoe lace from the sneaker. Worth a shot. Hope it helps. Good Luck

As long as you make sure that it is in good taste and not trying to be a show off of your worldly riches - why shouldn't you be able to wear various types of things?

We have to remember that the things Paul mentioned in regard to dress and modesty is not so much a law, a new law covenant with many detailed restrictions, but a law of faith and spirit.

Kindly consider how they lived in the days of Paul. What was the standard then? Now? A woman owning a pearl necklace and many gold items would have been extremely rich according to the standards then among the common folk.

Today, the common person would never associate a pearl necklace with being very rich, at least in the western world.

So things in good taste, a well dressed person in a nice modest type attire with some appropriate rings, earpieces, etc -- is just fine. Think about what is reasonable and modest while still being pretty.

was that white gold or titanium?

The Kansas City News says "his silver necklace bouncing". They were probably describing the color though.
