silver christian ring

I lost my favorite ring last week and cannot find one anywhere on the internet. It can be either stainless steel or silver and has the words JESUS IS LORD etched into the ring. I wear a size 8. Any help would be very appreciated. Has anyone seen one in a jewelry store or possibly own one they would like to sell?

Do you really need a silver ring to remind you of this?

I want a silver ring thing, however I am not a Christian, I am a Hindu. I want to remain faithful to my religion. While I don't believe Christianity is bad or anything, I just don't like their record of believe they and only they are right. However, i do believe in chastity before marriage, as my people have for thousands of years. So should I get an SRT? CAN I get an SRT even though I'm not Christian?

Putting a ring on your finger does not make you chaste. Just wait until marriage to have sex and remain faithful to your future husband. You'll have something more valuable than a silver ring.

i.e. What percentage of people who take the silver ring thing, wait until they're married to have sex ? Also any other statistics, e.g. unwanted pregnancies/std's caused by the lack of sexual education (tends to be related) ? The divorce rate between couples who hadn't had sex before marriage (this one could go either way) ?

Also when are children asked to join the scheme (is it before they reach puberty) ?

there is a programme on in the uk this week about it i think!
showed little girls as young as 5, doing the whole pledge thing etc etc

i imagine a lot of people do wait untill their married, i think these are the ones who get divorced. did you know the christian divorce rate is higher than any other?!!! Higher than non-religious people!!!
Sex is highly overrated but it is important to a relationship! i think waiting untill marriage is not a good idea. Sure wait till you find someone special maybe, but not marriage!!

Im a teenager and my birthday is this month! For a while now, I have been thinking about getting a purity ring. I already have a special peace ring that I wear all the time, and I know I want a silver Christian ring, but I am not sure if i want to make it a purity ring, or just one with a cross or fish. This born again christian thing of getting teenagers to buy silver rings to "prove" their chastity. Whats the deal? Are they allowed to just wear a ring they already had in the house or do they have to buy the ones marketed to them?Are the ones who don't take part made to feel less "godly"?

From what I know, it's pretty much just like a wedding ring. It's a symbol, not really proof of anything. You can wear one and not truly be chaste, or you can be virtuous and choose not to wear one.
Again, it's just a symbol - of a promise that is only as honest as the person wearing it.
