silver pendant and charm

So I found this bracelet I LOVE... but damn its in GOLD..

i dont have other gold jewellery, since I wear silver instead..
I have a silver charm/pendant with a silver chain that I wear almost religiously.

Would it be weird if I got this and wore it as the only gold thing??
Or am I better off looking for something similar in silver? there are some other bangles i've been looking at.. but nothing this pretty!!
(I dont want to impulse buy and never wear it)

yeah! one of the new trends this season (i read too many magazines! lol) is mixing metals. silver and gold are totally fun to mix and match. i have a gold necklace with a pendant that says my name on it and i never take it off. literally. but thats the only gold thing i wear, other than small gold/diamond earrings. everything else (rings, bracelets etc) are silver and it looks great! good luck, and btw that is a very pretty bracelet!!

My 10 year old sister bought me this Jack Skellington (from the Nightmare Before Christmas) necklace for my birthday earlier this year. It was a round, sterling silver pendant and it wasn't for a bracelet. The necklace it came on was pretty cheap... it was black rubber and the silver metal pieces kept falling off of the rubber. I fixed it several times with super glue but it didn't matter. All I want is the pendant to replace it. It must have fallen off between me commuting from class an hour and a half away to work. I retraced my steps and I can't find it anywhere. If anyone can help me find it, PLEASE let me know. She bought this with her own money and the place she bought it doesn't sell it anymore. Here is a picture of it around my neck so you can visualize it and see the sizing. PLEASE HELP!

Hot Topic does not carry it and never has, thank you though. And thank you for those links, but I'm not one for bigger, gawdier jewelry. This pendant was small and round not big and flat. Thanks again though. I'm still open for replies!

So, I was thinking of making a silver pendant out of a small game piece from clue, and I was wondering how I would go about doing it. I don't entirely know the process (if they would dip the object in silver, or make a mold of it). But any ideas on what I could do? Or if you know a random jewelry creator who has clue charms, I'm willing to buy that as well. haha

I guess making a mold would work the best. Unless you want to paint it silver. It get's quite hot when you heat silver up to liquid level, so I don't think dipping it into it would work.

Get some molding and sculpting books of amazon if you intend to do it yourself.

i like the crown key the best. if you want something cheaper, try looking on etsy.com. then maybe you could get more than one.

I myself am not pagan, but my friend is. Her graduation is coming up and for a gift I bought her a necklace off of ebay. however, looking back, i'm not exactly sure if it is pagan-ish. any answers would be great.

So long as she's Wiccan or a branch of Paganism that identifies with the moon cycles and the pentacle she'll probably be absolutely delighted! ^.^;; It's lovely. She'll probably appreciate it either way.

It's nice of you to support her during this time. From experience, most children blame themselves for their parents divorces when the were not the cause at all. Chances are it's not her fault and something you may need to remind her of. I wish her a peaceful mind during this time.
