I worked in a jewelry store for years... I LOVED untangling knots in chains!! Because chains are so small and our fingers are much bigger, sometimes it helps to get safety pins to get into the knot. I would usually work with one end and try to follow it through and not worry about all of it at once... use the pins to pull the end you're working through to the next open area. I have never ordered from this site before but they have stuff too for pics, or you could get the ones that come with epoxy bubbles that you would just stick over the picture inside the cameo blank.

I'm going to be traveling a lot over the next 3 years or so, and I will be many places without a close friend or family member. I would really like to buy a dog tag type necklace that is similar to what military people wear, so that in case of an emergency or accident, I would have a way to say who I am and med history, allergies, and other important imformation.

Since it would be a necklace I would wear all the time, I would prefer it be of high quality as I tend to break out if metal is poor quality.

Any suggestions? I would like to have the ability to have engaved on both sides. Things like name, dob, ICE, allergies and whatever else would fit.

Unfortunately, the nature of a dog-tag chain precludes you from having stuff on both sides. A traditional dog-tag has the letters stamped into the metal. But, there's nothing wrong with having multiple ID-tags (we don't call them dog-tags anymore) that list additional information.

My girlfriend and I are absolutely in love with each other and have no doubts about getting married in a few years. She does not want a promise ring but she loves my high school ring and has hinted at wanting it. I would def have to get a necklace cause our ring sizes are very different and i was wondering what u guys/girls thought is a good necklace type...
